who?
Tukole is a network of like minded individuals willing and able to help address the pressing issues in our community. We do this through networking, financial education, and giving back.
why?
It is a wonderful opportunity for our community to finally put ideas into action. It is an ambitious plan borne from listening to each other make business plans that have not come to fruition, the frustration of trying to figure out how we can get out of the cycle of debt and change our future with a stepping stool to advance their endeavors. We are a hardworking people that can shift our success trajectory by putting our heads together; the vision Ntare Consulting realized for our community expressed through this event, Tukole Business and Networking Forum.
how?
If you rent or own a home, lease a car, buy gas every week, go out to eat, do grocery shopping bi-weekly, or clothes shop seasonally, you are the market. Big companies pay millions of dollars to harvest the data and habits that we display every day; a micro group like ours is a marketer's dream. We all live within a drivable distance from each other and are growing on a daily basis. Within us we have business owners, students, corporate professionals, entrepreneurs, stay at home parents; members of every social, economic and religious class.
what?
OPEN FOR BUSINESS
We came up with many projects and ideas during the last TUKOLE business session and we believe in the power of community investment. We know that funding is always an issue but we are working on creating the plan then seeking funds based on the need. We are enrolling members to help create a better future for our children.
PERSONAL MENTORING
Mentoring consists of a long-term relationship focused on supporting the growth and development of the mentee. The mentor becomes a source of teaching, and support, but not someone who observes and advises on specific actions or behavioral changes in daily work. This is something that can be very influential in making career choices
THINK POSITIVE
On a daily basis, we are faced with many decisions and varying situations that we get so lost in the perpetual grind. We want to find hope within us and rays of positive energy to spread across our community - we can then see the abundance we posses in order to share with others that are less fortunate than we are in that moment.
