Why We Built Work-Bridge
Across our diaspora communities, we’ve seen a growing need for trusted, scam-free pathways to employment. From nurses losing sponsorships in the UK, to technicians in the U.S. facing layoffs, to tradespeople struggling to find ethical employers—the job market has become unpredictable and unsafe.
Too many are falling victim to phantom jobs, fake recruiters, and unstable gig work.
That’s why TUKOLE is proud to introduce Work-Bridge — a platform where real people refer real jobs to others in the community, creating a bridge of trust, dignity, and opportunity.
What is Work-Bridge?
Work-Bridge by TUKOLE is a community-based recruiting and referral platform that connects job seekers with verified employers, customized resume support, and urgent job placement for those at risk (such as visa holders facing termination).
It is designed as a nonprofit-style RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) model serving:

How It Works
Community members submit job referrals from their workplaces.

We support with interview prep and onboarding coordination, making the process smooth for both candidate and employer.
